We’re thrilled to congratulate Sam Randall, who successfully passed his Private Pilot Licence (PPL) Skills Test on 25th July 2025, flying G-BHZF from Seawing Flying Club, Southend!

The skills test is the ultimate assessment in PPL training, covering everything from general handling and navigation to emergency procedures and airspace awareness. Sam rose to the challenge with calm focus and solid flying throughout, showing he’s more than ready to take on the skies solo.

Flying G-BHZF, Sam demonstrated the professionalism and confidence we’ve seen throughout his training—and it all came together on test day.
