Ian earned his PPL at 18 and CPL and Flight Instructor rating at 50. His best flying experiences were hour-building in the USA; he is always happy to buddy up with other pilots. A medical restriction means that he cannot instruct anymore, however he still gets to fly regularly with the NPPL.

As Head of Training, Ian is responsible for the Seawing “governance” that is a requirement for operating the club as a CAA Declared Training Organisation [DTO]
